Certification Manager (f/m/d)

in the area of Frankfurt

Responsibilities:

• Help to create an internal certification base for a new UAV and shape the future of new mobility
• Work closely together with different civil aviation authorities to identify relevant certification standards and to work on new standards in the field of UAV
• Support the product development and evaluate technical changes considering relevant certification regulations
• Act continously as the bridge between internal product development and global authorities
• Prepare and participate in Audits and coordinate neccessary investigations
• Share your expertise in certification and compliance within several projects
• Implement and optimize internal processes related to certificaction and compliance regulations
• Analyze and monitor the internal technical standards

Qualification:

• Master’s degree in aviation, engineering or equivalent field
• Several years of experience in relevant industries like UAV or Aviation
• Profound knowledge of certification and compliance regulations, as well as Approval processes
• Good experience in the regulatory of FAA and EASA
• Strong ability of acting as interface to internal development, aviation authorities and further stakeholder
• Good communication skills and hands-on mentality
• Fluency in english
