Lead Engineer High Voltage Battery (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:
- Technical management of High Voltage Components & Validation lead team
- Be responsible for the electrical HV system architecture
- Select components and validate at component level and in the overall system
- Prepare technical component specifications and drawings for the E/E components
- Manage E/E component and system suppliers in the customer projects
- Support technically during acquisition of HV battery projects
- Be responsible for the technical goal achievement of the lead team
- Develop technical solutions in customer projects and implement decisions
- Ensure compliance with development processes as specified by the battery development process
- Coordinate and ensure knowledge transfer between locations and employees
- Participate in the business development of the team
- Resource planning for the lead team
- Collaborate E/E strategies to expand the skills of the team
- Be responsible for technical review and approval/release of documents and work output in customer projects
Qualification:
- MA degree in electrical engineering, automotive engineering or similar
- Several years work experience in the automotive sector
- Experienced in the management of E/E projects in vehicle development desired
- Matlab/Simulink knowledge preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible and dynamic Team player
- Result and solution-oriented personality
- Open for travel activities
- Fluent in English, German as a plus
