Lead Hardware Engineer (f/m/d)

in the Greater Munich area (up to 50% remote work possible)

Your role:

• Autonomous development of electronic components with a focus on innovative electronic systems for comfort systems 
• Responsibility for analog and digital circuit development taking into account EMV requirements
• Acting as the counterpart for every technical need for customers, suppliers and international project managers
• Evaluation and coordination of customer requirements in consideration of the internal standards
• Interface to suppliers incl. the assortment of individual components
• Creation, coordination and implementation of systemic, functional and safety-related tests in cooperation with internal interfaces

Your expertise:

• University degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable qualifications
• Several years of experience in electronics development within the automotive industry, as well as good knowledge of the relevant development processes
• User practical skills of ECAD and system modelling tools (e.g. Altium Designer, Matlab, Simulink)
• Very creative and targeted sense of problem solving
• Fluency in English
• Good knowledge of German beneficial
