Lead Hardware Product Owner (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full development lifecycle of electronic hardware products from concept to series production
• Act as the main technical interface between development, industrialization, operations, and purchasing teams
• Plan and coordinate engineering tasks, ensuring on-time delivery of technical milestones
• Oversee product release processes, from planning to post-release support
• Manage product costs and support profitability optimization
• Define and control product variants to address customer needs while ensuring design consistency and quality
• Handle supplier coordination and monitor component readiness for production

Qualification:

• Strong technical background in electronic hardware development (circuit design, systems integration, etc.)
• At least 5 years of experience in product management, project coordination, or technical leadership roles
• Solid understanding of electronics development processes and lifecycle management within automotive environment
• Skilled in project management and task prioritization
• Problem-solving mindset with a structured, goal-oriented working style
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
