Program Manager – ADAS (f/m/d)

in the area of Frankfurt or Munich

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the projects are executed within scope, on time, on budget and that the deliverables meet the expected quality level
• Being the primary interface to the customer and build relationships with them
• Leading the program through complete product life cycle from concept, quoting, program award, product development, supplier selection, launch, post–production performance & lessons learned
• Planning and monitoring of resources as well as compliance with budgets and deadlines and quality goals
• Planning, management, and control of all activities within the project
• Development, leadership, motivation, control and coaching of the program team
• Control of actions to prevent deviations related to the product, process and system

Qualification:

• A minimum bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline
• At least 3+ years of experience in project/program management within the automotive industry and experience in working with cross functional teams
• Strong technical knowledge of electrification components & products or advanced driver assistance systems
• Excellent communication and leadership skills as well as effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent knowledge of English. German is an advantage
