Senior Compliance Manager (f/m/d)

Your role:

• Review and implement policies and procedures based on the regulatory requirements considering EU banking regulations and the client‘s strategy
• Be responsible for optimizing and maintaining the global regulatory framework continously
• Coordinate and support different projects in compliance related matters in order to provide guidance, to identify threats and to create solutions
• Optimize relevant processes alligning relevant interfaces
• Conduct reviews of corporate structures, policies and procedures on corporate clients and partners
• Support the product teams in finding proper solutions for complex customers and also help to identify new business opportunities
• Support communication and trainings to inform business units and other functions of regulatory developments and policy changes
• Report directly to management

Your expertise:

• Successfully completed Bachelor’s / Master’s degree or similar educational background
• More than 5 years of experience in compliance, legal or audit function within the financial services sector
• Profound knowledge of EU regulations and experience on dealing with regulatory requirements of the banking industry
• Experience in an technology driven and fast-paced environment would be beneficial
• Proven track record in implementing new processes and in project management
• Ability to communicate confidently with all levels of management
• Fluency in English
