Teamlead (f/m/d) Hardware

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of hardware engineers, fostering technical expertise and collaborative working methods
• Manage the full development cycle of electronic components from concept through to production
• Support the team in design, simulation, validation, and prototype development of electronic systems
• Promote innovative solutions through close cooperation with experts in semiconductor technologies and circuit design
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with software, mechanical, and system teams to ensure seamless integration of electronics
• Optimize development processes and manage interfaces to adjacent departments
• Report project status, risks, and challenges clearly to internal and external stakeholders

Qualification:

• Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or similar; advanced qualifications are an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in electronics development within the automotive industry
• Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams and complex development projects
• Solid understanding of embedded electronics, circuit design, and system integration
• Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., ISO 26262, ASPICE) is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills with a structured and quality-driven approach
• Fluent in English (German is a plus) with excellent communication skills across all levels
